Terms of service

Orders

  • Our software does not allow manual adjustments to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent shipping delays, please double-check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
  • ActivFever is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit. USPS is responsible for all mail pieces shipped through its delivery services. However, we will do our best to assist customers regarding missing packages.
  • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim, we will take the appropriate next steps to help resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience during this process.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully reimburse or compensate for a lost or stolen package, though we will do our best to assist you through the process.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout and listed under the customer’s account.
  • ActivFever is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, mistyped, or invalid addresses.
  • Packages returned due to an insufficient or invalid address will trigger a verification email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond. Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in automatic order cancellation.
  • Funds for canceled orders will be issued as store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional postage fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to invalid addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if incorrect shipping information was entered during checkout. Customers have up to 24 hours after placing an order to request minor size or address changes at no charge. Please contact customer service within this timeframe.

Domestic Orders / Shipping

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days after fulfillment.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays due to increased postal service volume.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, include a valid reason, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
  • Certain products must also be unopened and returned in their original packaging.
  • If an item in your order is out of stock, you will automatically receive a refund for the purchase price of that item, including applicable taxes.
  • All returns and exchanges must include a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Packages with an RA number written on the outside of the package will be returned to the sender.
  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your replacement order. If an item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and waive shipping fees for the replacement item.
  • Please allow 1–3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed, depending on return volume.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Store credit will be issued via a code sent to the email address associated with the order.
  • We cannot accept returns for ActivFever apparel products purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer where the item was originally purchased to initiate a return.
  • All items purchased directly through our website must be returned or exchanged through ActivFever. Outside retailers cannot accept products not purchased from their location.
  • Approved returns and exchanges submitted within policy guidelines will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

Discount Codes

  • All discount codes must be entered at checkout.
  • For customer security, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust prices once an order has been finalized and payment has been accepted.
  • Only one discount code may be used per purchase.

Sales

  • All sale items are final sale, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the sale period.
