SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 - Delivery in 2-7 business days from ship date
- Express Shipping: $15.00 - Faster delivery option
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $250
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and your shipping address location from our Redondo Beach, CA store.
In-Store Pickup Local customers can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Store Hours for Pickup:
- Sunday & Monday: 11am-5pm
- Tuesday-Saturday: 11am-6pm

Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days for standard shipping. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons depending on carrier volume.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. ActivFever is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Information You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships so you can monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ActivFever cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or lost/stolen packages during transit. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
