The goal of this Privacy Policy ("Policy") is to explain how ActivFever, including our family of brands, collect and use your personal information, who we disclose it to and when, and the tools and options available to you to manage that information.

This policy describes ActivFever privacy practices. It applies to the websites were it is located. It also applies to our mobile sites and apps. We use your information based on your consent to our practices. Your use of this website indicates that you agree to our collection, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

To request changes to or to review your information, please send us an email. You may also log into your account and change your settings. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions.
Controlling information shared with third parties for marketing purposes. To opt out of having your information shared with third parties for their marketing purposes, please email us. We will process your request as required by law. Some of our sites also have a "My Profile" area where you can modify your preferences.
Controlling cookies and tracking tools. You can choose to turn off tracking tools. However if you don't provide us with information you will not be able to participate in certain features, like contests or sweepstakes. Also, if you turn off tracking, some features may not work.
We contract with third parties to serve our ads across the Internet. The ads we serve may be based on tracking activities, as described in more detail below.
Controlling tools on your mobile devices. For example, you can turn off the GPS locator or push notifications on your phone. Each push notification has an “unsubscribe” link.
THESE SITES AND APPS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN.
Our sites are not created for children. We do not believe children are interested in our sites, and do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. STORAGE.
Our sites are generally operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. When you register for a ActivFever account, it is necessary for you to provide personal information that includes your name and email address. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information, including billing, mailing, and shipping addresses, phone number, and a payment method (e.g., credit card). If you make purchases through the Website, you will also create a username and password, information that on subsequent visits helps us confirm your identity and makes it easier for you to make purchases on our Websites.
